Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Burial Beer Co. of Asheville, NC, Wolfgang is a wheat-driven bockbier that balances richness and drinkability. Pouring a cloudy amber with an off-white head, aromas of toasted banana bread, clove, and a hint of orange peel are present, followed by classic notes of banana and clove layered with walnut and vanilla bean. A silky mouthfeel and lively effervescence carry this yeast-forward beer to a clean, deceptively easy finish.
