Brewed Keeping Together and Olfactory during last year’s Oktoberfest celebration. After steeping on lavender sourced from Keeping Together’s home in New Mexico and spending a night in our coolship, this beer was sent to stainless and inoculated with Olfactory’s wild yeast blend. After six months, it was bottled to condition and carbonate. A portion of each bottle’s proceeds will be donated to Keeping Together as they recover from a devastating pre-opening financial loss.
