Please welcome Clayton–our newest Pilsner! Featuring a distinctive New Zealand hop schedule, Clayton is full of Riwaka and Motueka hops from Clayton Hops (NZ). These provide striking notes of grapefruit, peach fuzz, lime, and kiwi. A fuller mouthfeel sets Clayton apart from many other dry hopped lagers, owing to the pilsner malt, pale 2-row, and malted wheat in its grist bill.
