Brucius

Brucius, our annual Doppelbock release, is named for an esteemed veterinarian from Michigan. Chestnut brown with an off-white head, aromas of sweet bread, caramel and dried fruits prevail, with flavors of lightly roasted coffee, cocoa nibs, molasses, and a hint of herbal hops for balance. Full-bodied and malty.
